Lab, office, room and contact requests: name, email, phone (optional), organisation, sector and the description you write. Used only to reply to you and handle the request.

Room bookings: also the date, time slot and room, which are recorded to avoid double bookings.

Event registrations: email and organisation, to confirm your place and send you notices about that event.

Company accounts and the talent area: name, role, phone, LinkedIn profile and, only if you expressly agree, your CV as a PDF. Only you and the CSA team can see the CV.

Your consent, given when you send each form and which you can withdraw at any time. Where a request leads to a contract (a booking or an office), also the steps taken before entering into it.

Request data, for as long as needed to handle the request and meet legal obligations. Event registrations, up to 180 days after the event. Your CV, until you remove it or close your account.

We do not disclose data to third parties unless required by law. To run the service we use email and web hosting providers, acting as data processors.

You can access, rectify or erase your data, object to or restrict processing, ask for portability and withdraw consent by writing to csa@clusterticgalicia.com. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
