We received the delegation from the “GovTech” reverse mission from Argentina, Guatemala, Panama and Uruguay
🔴 Today we received the delegation from Argentina, Guatemala, Panama and Uruguay, as part of the reverse mission we organised in collaboration with the Xunta de Galicia under the motto “GovTech: Innovation, security and cooperation”.
The president of our entity, Antonio Rodriguez Del Corral, the director of the Internationalization Area of IGAPE (Galician Institute for Economic Promotion), Augusto Alvarez-Borrás Massó, and the director of the Agency for Technological Modernization of Galicia, Damián Rey, welcomed the fourteen representatives from public and private bodies who will tour Galicia until Thursday to get a close look at the Galician technological ecosystem.
This edition focuses on the digital transformation strategy of the Administration, the sharing of public technological governance models, as well as policies and programmes supporting innovation.
🌎 This is an opportunity for member companies to present their most outstanding solutions related to AI, cybersecurity, or IoT, establish direct contacts with various agents from Latin America, and explore possible avenues for collaboration and entry into the different invited countries.
The delegation will also visit some of the most important innovation hubs in our region, such as the Cidade das TIC in A Coruña and the Parque Empresarial do Porto do Molle, located in Nigrán, as well as the main technology and research centres in Galicia.
